Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business by using telephones or by sales saturation.
  • Penetrate certain areas with prospect clients and visits it with the whole team monthly.
  • Deliver presentations of products/properties at customer sites and/or at conferences by preparing products’/properties’ samples and brochures.
  • Update Customer Database.
  • Follow up and update with customers by arranging meetings and appointments to address sales or service concerns.
  • Close projects by negotiating the terms of payment and strategizing on how to close sales with them by assessing and evaluating their needs and requests.
  • Do site visits and measurement of site area.
  • Attends coordination meetings.
  • Attends general sales session.
  • Updates delivery schedules for their respective clients.
  • Man and operates the showroom, as well manning in malls, banks, hospitals, schools/universities and other crowded areas.
  • Entertains walk-in clients from the showroom and answer their queries.
  • Follow up and verify from clients if payment is ready for pick up.
  • Personally update the sales manager on individual sales on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Achieve pegged quota or at least 80% of it (monthly or quarterly).
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Management or other business-related courses.
  • Male or Female, 21 - 35 years old.
  • One (1) year or more sales & marketing experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible, dynamic, energetic, and can work under pressure.
  • Resourceful and can think outside the box.
  • Gets along well with all levels of personality in the organization.
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Willing to work extended hours.
  • Computer literate (MS Office applications).
